Supplies needed for Parish Picnic

Food purchased at Sams Club:

Ø      2 large jars of Dill Pickles

Ø      We should have left over pickle holders

Ø      4 boxes of hamburgers (40 per box)

Ø      2 boxes of hotdogs (70 per box)

Ø      3 -25lb bags of charcoal ( may have to buy 4 bags)

Ø      charcoal lighter fluid

Ø      ketchup, mustard, mayo (buy small portions in little containers at Sysco Food) If you have to buy large portions at Sams.

Ø      Buns for hamburgers and hotdogs  (either buy at Sams or Day old Bread store) Bread Store would cost approximately 20.00.  buy a few extra breads so we don’t have to run to store.

Ø      120 slices of cheese

Ø      wax papers to separate cheese

Ø      Water- 4 cases

Ø      Beer- 2 cases (just for men’s club workers)

Ø      Cokes and diet cokes (Bring our drink machine if possible) This year we used left overs from golf tournament.

Ø      **People asked for chili for hotdogs.  They also asked for tomatoes, lettuce, onions or grilled onions.

Ø      Aluminum Foil

Ø      5 aluminum pans to hold burgers and dogs

Items to bring from locker at school:

Ø      PA system and 2 speakers

Ø      Blue wire that goes with PA system

Ø      Box of wires that goes with PA system

Ø      Bag with microphone and multi plug extension

Ø      2 extension cords

Ø      4 tables from cafeteria

Ø      Drink machine if you decide to use it (get Louis to haul on his trailer)

Ø      3 ice chests of ice

Ø      2 rolls of napkins

Ø      white table cloth cover

Ø      cups

Ø      Bring USA flag and Men’s Club banner

Ø      Box of kitchen equipment (get hot gloves from kitchen for people who are working the barbecue pit)

Ø      Big barbecue pit (get someone to pull pit, Donald Duzac)

Miscellaneous Needs:

Ø      Get treasurer to get 70.00 in start up change (quarters, dollars, fives and tens)

Ø      Price list: $1.00 hamburgers, $1.00 hot dogs, .50 drinks, .50 pickles

Ø      Cabbage ball equipment (at river road locker)

Ø     Start charcoal at 10:30AM/ Serve food after mass

Ø     Need at least 12 workers
