Jazzfest Drink Booth Operations

We pride ourselves on having the coldest drinks on the grounds,
here's how we do it.


Note: captions are above the pictures so you can read them easier as you scroll down

 

First the drinks come off the truck ...

 

then they are loaded into crawfish sacks.

 

Meanwhile big blocks of ice are chopped into little pieces.

 

Drinks and Ice come together in pre-chilling barrels...

 

then are loaded into the serving bins.

 

Thirsty patrons line up outside the booth....

 

and the product meets its final destination.
